When you are a magnetic leader, thinker, or healer with an online presence, you tend to accumulate some kind of following. It truly doesn’t matter how big or small it is, because what matters most is what they all embody on a collective AND individual level. Quality over quantity, am I right?!?!
In biz terms, we call these the target audience! Cultivating a group of individuals that mesh together helps you create a space for major breakthroughs, the exchanging of values, and an abundance of influential knowledge. It’s more of a resource than anything!
We all have different names we like to use for our meaningful network. I like to use the phrase “soul tribe”- but it’s what resonates most with YOU! Some of us create cute catchy nicknames, or punny yet brand-symbolic names. Regardless of what you like to call them, you have to actively SPEAK to that group of people about your vision + values to keep your impact alive!
Share your passions, own learnings, everything that helped you get to where you are and where you WANT to be going forward. This will get your following to engage and discover more about the deeper value of your work!
One of my biggest enjoyments in building MY soulful community is seeing my amazing clients get EXCITED about showing up for themselves while also supporting everyone else in their unique transformations. I’ve seen students of my programs build lifelong, lasting relationships with one another- it’s so freaking BEAUTIFUL.
It just goes to show that our skills, beliefs, and our authentic selves have the power to bring people together in unexpected ways. Pretty cool, don’t you think?
REAL transformation comes from a place of acceptance- not denial. When we can own up to our limitations, we reclaim our power to create positive change. That vulnerability even inspires others to share, be vulnerable with themselves, and understand that EVERYONE finds their next level self.
When individuality is embraced rather than rejected, it encourages us to band together over a shared passion to release, explore, and GROW.
Clients want to enter a space that’s potent with a symbiotic energy so they can feel open to shifts. It doesn’t matter how many people you have showing up, it’s about the harmonious attitude.
That’s why I incorporate shadow work AND light work into the Sparkle System Coaching Certification + Six Figure Business School. Exploring the deeper, darker parts of ourselves we project into our realities makes room for more light to illuminate what matters most to us. And on the other hand, nurturing the best parts of ourselves shows that we DO have capabilities able to achieve what we desire! My soulful community is full of confident women who KNOW they deserve all the things they dream of, which is what fuels their fire to do the deep work.
