I’m a badass CEO on the cellular level- and I always have been.
When I was working in corporate as an EA, I was busting my ass off in an office with six to seven other men. Yes… I was the only woman. And yes, it was as infuriating as you would think.
Being the only feminine person in my office perpetuated a negative cycle that’s manifested in the workplace for years: my strong skills and pleasant demeanor were being taken advantage of. I wasn’t seen as a woman who was capable of creating RADICAL change or leading a team, instead I was beckoned for coffee runs and the side work my superiors didn’t have the time (or energy) to get done.
After continuing to be ignored, dismissed, and taken for granted I cracked. I mean, all of that BS can lead anyone to an ugly cry, don’t you agree?!?! The energetic exhaustion ran down my face along with my crunchy tear-ridden mascara, all the disappointment just seeping out of me. But by releasing all that pent up energy within, I created crucial space for majorly transformational growth.
Deep down, I knew I was passionate about things that went beyond the paycheck or corporate ladder. I was ready to inspire the world to try something unprecedented and new in a way that defied everything society told us to pursue. Us women are destined to instill deep humility, fun, creativity, strength, and divine love with our energy- so why are we being expected to do anything BUT that?
I left the corporate office to find my soul-aligned space, a place for me to unapologetically exist as my authentic self. I was BEYONDDD ready to surround myself with fellow women who parted ways from the traditional standard of success and established their own; I needed some support + high vibes in my life!
When I was fully ready to accept a change in my environment and those I chose to fill it, my first Life Coach coincidentally came into my life one day via IG. And the rest is freaking HISTORYYYY.
Not only am I a business owner but also a mom, entrepreneur, fur mama, wife, sister, aunt, cousin, boss, mentor… I mean really, being a magnetic leader + healer is PROGRAMMED into me! And these past few years have given me the opportunity to hold space for ALL of those roles in ways that align with my values.
Being a woman CEO means I get to wake up every day and find new ways of channeling my natural instincts into my passions. I also get to create my own sense of balance between my needs and wants. For example, I create non-negotiable time to care for myself so I can show up for my child with the utmost love + care. There are days I fully prioritize my business to ensure I’m providing the BEST containers of positive change for my clients. I love creating fun family trips for that quality time I love to have on my days off. I’ll go on child-free dates with the hubby to keep that flame FULLY ignited with love ❤️🔥
All these spaces are nurtured in ways that matter to me because I choose to cherish, value, and nourish MY FREAKING SELF above all else. I take pride in my strengths, remain open to growing new skills, and express my whole self knowing my dreams deserve from freaking respect + faith.
Pursuing my calling as a female CEO is what inspired the foundational mission of the Sparkle System Coaching Certification + Six Figure Business School. I wanted to cultivate a warm, tender, yet motivated & empowering environment for my clients to unleash their 2.0 selves. After experiencing the nurturance I did when I entered the personal development + coaching space, I knew in my HEART + SOUL there were so many women who could thrive from being provided similar resources- and hope.
Sever the shackles keeping you chained to the cell of your comfort zone and break the HELL out of those norms. You’re a force to be reckoned with babes- so release that shit!!!!!!
