When you feel deep in your core you’re meant for more than what you’ve been conditioned to believe, the sky’s the limit! And when you’re ready to create that massive, inspiring, soulful change… you want to impact the entire WORLD, not just those closest to you.
The vision I had for my future was BIG + BOLD from the start! During a trip with my sister to Los Angeles, I gushed about how I would be the motivational speaker, best-selling author, entrepreneur of my wildest dreams. That was even before I invested in my first coaching program or took on clients!
I was so eager to create an empire for innovative women to showcase their true talent, so I had to treat it as such. That required some long, hard, immersive WORK. And as much as I wanted to breeze through and get to the good part, the part where I had it all… I had to get realllll AF with myself.
My business wasn’t going to scale to 6 or 7 figures overnight. My programs weren’t going to package themselves. And my boundaries were not going to be set without MY communication. So I had to get clear, honest, and most importantly confident in myself to commit to the beautiful, drool-worthy vision I couldn’t stop thinking about!
I didn’t just want to be seen as your typical “influencer” with an online biz because that’s not what I knew myself to be. I envisioned myself as an unapologetically authentic entrepreneur defying traditional success to live a life of soul-defined harmony. And more importantly, I wanted to provide a space for other women to achieve the same soul-nourishing level of success, however that looked for their unique life.
In order for my business to flourish into the empire I dreamt it’d be, I had to actively practice accountability, dedication, humility, and understanding of alllll the backgrounds that my clients would introduce me to when they entered my space.
Because in order to be the globally-recognized, influential, impactful entrepreneur I claimed myself to be in 2019… I had to act like one. And with that came a momentous mindset shift.
I ceased to compare myself to the other coaches + influencers I followed on Instagram, because they did not carry MY distinct energy. I stopped judging those who weren’t ready to commit, because I too used to be so constricted by my fear of the unknown. I didn’t work with those who didn’t honor my contracts, because I wanted to honor the business I worked so hard for.
It took a lot of courage with myself to release the limiting behaviors that hindered me from being the freaking CEO I wanted to embody. The comparisonitis, the scarcity mindset, all of it had to be relinquished. And it was uncomfortable to uncover those things in me. Although enhancing my consciousness felt scary at times, I broadened the space in which my power can grow and thrive.
And I’m happy to say it all paid off. That’s why I’m always so adamant about establishing accountability + boundary-setting in the Sparkle System Coaching Certification + Six Figure Business School.
