Hello, beauties! Happy first day of November!

Let’s kick off this month by actively creating space for abundance, happiness, peace, love, & bliss through GRATITUDE!

There’s a meditation I love to share with my students known as Ho’oponopono. Ho’oponopono is a technique based on the principles and methods of Hawaiian Huna! In the native language, Ho means, “To make.”; Pono means, “Right.”

Therefore, Ho’ Oponopono translates as “To make right twice.” It is the Huna Process and a very potent mental process crafted to help to fulfill self-forgiveness!

This meditation is a journey intended towards one ultimate goal: clearing.

It provides a safe space to help you cleanse your soul to release everything that has been holding you back.

Essentially, Ho’oponopono aids you sever the tie to disconnect from potentially detrimental barriers disrupting your path towards success.

In addition to this powerful meditation, my Sparkle System Certification students repeatedly learn through NLP that everyone is doing the best they can with the resources they have available.

Utilizing your present perspective about past obstacles is a way for you to see what other choices you had- but you didn’t even know they were options!

While this may temporarily alleviate your ego, it creates a hostile self-perception! Resentment is the opposite of forgiveness; when we lack forgiveness it takes up space in our mind which we typically refer to as “mental clutter”.

And if we continue to lack forgiveness- outcomes we resent will cycle back to us!

If you subconsciously retain the negatives of your past experiences, how can you expect to move forward positively?

Imagine what you can do with all that internal space if you allotted it towards energizing your current goals to align with your future!

My husband always asks me this amusing question about my mental clutter: “If it’s taking up space, how much rent is it paying you?”

FYI: if it’s not paying you anything good, then that’s a good sign it’s gotta GTFO!

Converging the NLP and Ho’oponopono meditation encourages us to not only choose to forgive others but primarily forgive ourselves for all the experiences we’ve gone through!

Initiating the process of self-forgiveness means recognizing how you embody constructive past learnings. Cord-cutting is only effective when you establish essential space to welcome opportunities that maximize what you value (and desire).

Cord-cutting is an internal representation of acknowledging your past self’s hard work in getting to the now, but you’re ready for bigger and brighter things! When the tie between your past and present self is separated, it enlightens your determination to reclaim your reality!

How does this release allow you to expand into your next-level self? By eradicating your old subconscious programming and revitalizing it to fit your current desires, values, and goals!

Our subconscious is so freaking powerful, especially when it lays a strong foundation for how our external reality is going to evolve.

If you’ve watched my Youtube and Instagram content about the science behind manifestation, you know that like attracts like! Negativity only attracts negativity, which is how reverse manifestation occurs.

Don’t you crave that soul-nourishing reunion between your inner energy and your external environment?

Aren’t you ready to unlock alllll the success possible if you start better nurturing your own mind?

This new month is a great time to start reflecting on past situations taking up your precious attention!
