There’s a MAJOR difference between working IN your biz versus working ON it!
When I first began stepping into my power as a business owner, it encouraged me to enthusiastically OWN who I am; that meant connecting with my fervent passion for empowering other women. Tapping into that 2.0 Posh Spice identity allowed me to build such BEAUTIFUL client relationships which FLOURISHED my biz!
This enabled a kind of hustle mentality in me- it was kindaaa crazy!
I would spend ALL my time + effort on serving my clients in Zoom, through Voxer, pretty much #allthethings I could do to build connections. It felt so freaking AMAZING, but I was ignoring my energetic drain to push through the bizzy times (lol get it?).
All of that presence on the frontside of my business constricted me from actively paying attention to other important aspects in my work. Evidently, this delayed my progress and kept me stuck in my hustle cycles.
I knew my clients deserve better than my icky energetic burnout.
Hell, I too deserved freaking better!
How did I learn to ACTUALLY serve my clients better? I had to step OUT of Hustle Mode, reflect on my practices, even seek some positive guidance!
