I’m of the FIRM AF belief that there’s SO much more to being a coach or biz owner than the confidence, clarity, and cool attitude on social media. Yes, I FOR SUREEEE know what my mission is + the ways I can express my great passions, but that isn’t always going to cut it.
The very foundation of my business is about looking inward to invigorate your goals, values, and INSPIRATIONAL 2.0 IDENTITY. There’s something so beautiful to me guiding other women towards unlocking the force of their brilliant nature. After rediscovering mine, I knew that there were just too many others like me out there stuck in a loop of misalignment + frustration.
But in order for me to be the best leader I can, I have to have a DEEP understanding of the extent of expansion my clients have the potential to undergo. And that can only happen if I embody the transformations MYSELF!
When you serve as a source of inspiration for others, it’s more than just providing the powerful resources, services, and knowledge you already possess. It’s about guiding others to listen to their intuition, see their worth, hell even ask them the hard questions!
TRUE + MEANINGFUL leadership means not only holding space for others to grow, but for YOUR OWN FREAKING SELF to experience expansion as well! You’re human, therefore you’re ALWAYS going to have the capability of exceeding your expectations!

Magnetic leadership takes listening, seeing, and validating the spectrum of human experience to be a healer or influencer people genuinely trust. Even though my growth may not look the same as my clients, that doesn’t eradicate the strength of our individual developments.
If you want your DREAM, soul-aligned clients to organically gravitate to you, your own journey is going to serve as a great example of just how remarkable your work is. However, it’s not going to lay the verbatim of what clients should expect. If anything, it should inspire them to pursue this journey because of just how UNIQUE it’s going to be!
I learned to channel my magnetic leadership through the relationships I’ve built with my own coaches AND clients. Learning from many AMAZING women in the world of online biz allowed me to take in so many resourceful lessons I use in my business EVERY FREAKING DAY.
